I started Guaranteed Solutions in 1999. My intent was to develop a system whereby any business professional could access other vendors and services that paralleled their own high quality and customer service standards.

Since then, needless to say, the bottom fell out of the market, and companies failed to live up to their committments to customer service, value and longevity. High-levels of integrity, productivity, responsibility and accountability fell by the way-side while companies cut-back in an effort to simply survive. Some have survived, most have not, leaving the investors holding the empty bag.

I was amongst the millions of American who suffered extreme financial losses with an inability to recover forcing me to re-enter the workplace. My spirit broken, I still held fast to the idea that a company would one day rise from the embers of the fallen marketplace that once fueled a once profitable economy with the high standards that I held for myself and others with whom I did business.

Then, in 2004, I became aware of a business moving to the great Pacific Northwest. It was a bio-tech company moving its world-wide headquarters to Lacey, Washington, driving distance from my home. I exercised due diligence and investigated the company. I discovered that the owner, Bill Lee, from Korea had been courted by Washington's Governor Locke over a period of 3 years to move his headquarters to Washington State.

I was also impressed that Bill Lee was fully financing the project without debt. He is a billionaire, who reached his financial status by being the number one provider of Aloe to the world. His high level of integrity in business and professional standards are unmatched by any company in the world and he has been blessed financially for adhering to his high standards while maintaining his family's committment, "to bring the best of science and nature to mankind."

He recruited Stephen Cherniske to head up the science team to fullfill his family's dream and mission. Lee's interest in Cherniske was piqued by his research in the area of cellular renewal on the DNA level using - not chemicals - but compounds found in mother nature. Lee offerred to fully finance Stephen Cherniske's research and development by providing the scientific fire-power equivalent to that existing only in high-tech pharmeceutical companies, including full genomic and proteomic laborotories.

Years passed, millions of dollars spent... then, science caught up with Cherniske's team. This resulted in several ground-breaking discoveries and products that actually worked to modify the human biological condition by rejuvenating the cells and returning weakened DNA to it's youthful condition, changing the lives of thousands of participants in double-blind, placebo controlled, human clinical trials. Lee's and Cherniske's dream had been realized.

They founded Oasis Lifesciences as the marketing vehicle that would take the pharmeceuticals on in an effort to help reclaim human potential, longevity and financial solidarity. Because the truth of the matter is that, not long ago, when adults aged, they left their life's earnings to their heirs. Based on Cherniske's research, the human body performing at its optimal condition, should last until about 120 years. It would not be in the best interest of the pharmeceutical companies to "cure" the problems. It is more profitable to treat a symptom with a patented drug.

Because the patented drug has never existed on this planet, or within the human body, certain side effects are born by the user. This leads to even more profit by the pharmeceuticals as they develop new patented drugs to battle the side effects that are promoted by the earlier prescribed drugs, promoting and endless cycle of treatment and profit.

This cycle is promoted and protected by the FDA and FTC. Lee and Cherniske work with the FDA and FTC in a constant battle to provide the best of science and nature to mankind. They are constantly met with restrictions because there are no chemicals in their products. When reduced to their simplest forms, its still just berries, leaves, roots and seeds from nature being used in their products which are not authorized by the FDA or FTC to treat any disease or abnormality. Not only are they not authorized, but Lee and Cherniske are unable to claim that any of their products "cure" any disease. This puts them in a constant state of negotiation pertaining to what they can, and cannot, say about their products.
